Tamarind Update

So I had to bring the office grown tamarind home as it was beginning to wilt a bit, I think this is probably because the heating in the office gets turned off at night, it wasn't looking at all well.

I used a cut plastic bottle to protect it from the rough journey home on the underground and a plastic document folder to keep some of the warmth in before putting the poor thing in my backpack. It's now sharing a spot next to the home grown versions in my cave (office).

Look at the poor thing (it's the one on the left in the red pot), bearing in mind that this started to grow at least 6 weeks prior to the home grown versions it's in a poor state of health. Hopefully I'll be able to nurse it back to it's former self.

To the right in the background you can see my cactus, this is about 10 years old and started out as a plant of the week from Ikea and was only a couple of inches tall when we brought it, it now almost touches the ceiling.
